Does anyone have an idea what "see YONA Mr philips" means on this 1939 census by Betty Halkets name?

Betty's husband was in the army at the time so don't know if it's related

The 1939 National Register was NOT a census ;)

It was also used by the NHS until the 1990's - a census is a snapshot of a single night.
There were 3 letter codes and 4 letter codes!
Garrad (Suffolk, Essex, Somerset), Crocker (Somerset), Vanstone (Devon, Jersey), Sims (Wiltshire), Bridger (Kent)
