George and Ursula

I have a George Parton and Ursula Ward getting married 3 Nov 1760 but 3 different locations. Little Wenlock, Lee Brockhurst and Welsh Biknor (Hereford) Anyone shed any light? The 3 are a distance apart?

I can only find the marriage in Little Wenlock (image of original entry on FindMyPast)

It is possible that they married in Little Wenlock but the other two places were their original birth/home parishes and what you have found is the reading of the Banns.

Ok thanks, there are 3 entries on FS. I dont get the whole Banns thing

Banns (meaning Intention of Marriage) are read by the Vicar of the church where the marriage is to take place, as well as in the home parishes of the bride and the groom. This is to allow anyone, with any objection to the marriage, to give their reasons as to why the marriage should not take place. If no objections are raised then the marriage can take place.

So i cant see any record from either place for a birth of George or Ursula, in fact there is no Shropshire birth for Ursula Ward at all so i have no idea where FS have those records up
