Wych House Bank, Nantwich 1851 census
« on: Saturday 13 January 24 11:26 GMT (UK) »
Hi, looking for the 1851 Nantwich census which has Wych House Bank.

I have a 1849 marriage certificate which gives the Wych House Bank address and the couple are in the same place on the 1861 census. Can't find them on the 1851 census anywhere (problem with surname) so big assumption that they may be at the Wych Bank address in 1851.

Names Thomas (1827) and Jane (1830) Rooney. Both born Ireland.

Regards

Hi
The nearest I can find on the 1851 at Wych House Bank is this
Patrick O'Hara 30 ag lab Ireland
Catherine 23 wife Ireland
Thomas Mooney 25 ag lab Ireland
Mary Mooney wife 22 Ireland

Next door is the Boland /Raffertys who turn up on the 1861 about 5 doors down
Its piece 2169 folio 728 page 43

It does look like them but strange the wife is Mary
