Parents of Sarah Roberts of Merionethshire needed

Sarah Roberts was born between 1766 and 1771  [1841 census her age is 70 living at Park, Nantlleidiog, Llanfawr.]  There are two possibilities for her parents:  In June -- 1766:  Sarah was baptized, daughter of Robert JONES and Sarah of Amnodd  -- and: -- 5 Sep 1772 a Sarah is baptized daughter of Thomas ROBERTS and Susanna at Nantlleidiog.  In about 1799 in Llandderfel, Sarah Roberts married William Evan (who was buried as William Phillips in 1841.)
I'd appreciate any ideas as to how I can determine which it could be?

Is Sarah Evans still alive in 1851 and 1861 with a daughter Gaenor , married to Edward Davies.
