I do not know Elsie’s mother’s name.
Only that she married J W Reynolds about 1925 and that she died in 1966.

There is a tree on ancestry which has her father as Charles Frederick Wilson born 1872 and mother Lydia Ann Rose Custerson born 1872
The three of them are on the 1901 census, Elsie is 7  months old. Charles is a Tailor, both he and Lydia are age 29 living at 13 Imlyns? Building Eton. Charles and Elsie born Eton, Lydia born Kingston. I can't read the  County
