But Marriage Certificate shows Different Date and Church?
What's the Explanation?

Possible that the transcript is for banns.

Agree the earlier date is probably banns for the Grooms parish, as he lived at St Martin's Cottages. St Bartholomew's would appear to be the brides parish, as Eaton Street is near Naylor Street
