Birth reg look up please

Edward Price and Mary Ann Morris according to the 1891 census had 4 children
Edward J born 1882 Ludlow
Jessie born 1885 Worcestershire
Mary Ann born 1888 Worcestershire
Agnes born 1890 Worcestershire
I have been searching the GRO B/D site looking for their birth reg with no luck.  Just wondered if they where adopted because Edward and Mary Ann married in 1866, why so long before the first child arrived, they had no children in the 1881 census.
Thank you for any help or advice you can give.

Sorry Helina - you confused me re Wales - the children born in Worcestershire were registered in Tenbury Wells
