Sadly, the one I found wasn't him. Also, if he was in jail, he would be recorded as T. R. in 1841.

I've looked for Elizabeth and children but, like you can't find then in 1841 but they are in Llanrhaiadr, YM in 1851, I think:

HO107/2499/587/4

Elizabeth  recorded as a widow and a baker. Charles not with them. Eliza and Job b. Llanrhaeadr YM.

I assume you have them?

I on;y looked for Thomas in Denbighshire institutions and wondering if he could have been in Montgomeryshire or Shropshire. If he was to be deported, he could have been anywhere though and with the initials only he will be difficult to find
