That's sad and I see with my researching many baby burials. When you see two or three of the children with the same name you know the others had died it not all.

Complete transcription (after combining the 2 inscriptions) and translation.

Auiourdhuy vingt cinquieme juin mil
six cent quatre vingt onze a esté baptisé par
nous presbytre soubsigné vicaire de Lusignan
Jacques fils de Jacques Macouin et de Susanne
Joubain de cette paroisse d'Eniambes; a esté parain
Jacques Macouin, grand pere dudit baptisé,
et maraine Esther de Louche veufve de feu
... Louis Lauvergnat Sieur du Chesne qui a
declaré ne scavoir signer. Et ledit baptisé a esté enterré dans
le cimetiere d'Eniambes le 10 juillet 1691.

Today 25th of June 1691, was baptized by me, undersigned Vicar of Lusignan, Jacques, son of Jacques Macouin & Susanne Joubain, residents of Enjambes.
Godfather was Jacques Macouin, grandfather of the child. Godmother was Esther de Louche, widow of the late ... Louis Louvergnat, Sieur du Chesne. She declared not being able to sign.
The named child was buried the 10th July 1691 in the churchyard of Enjambes.

I have copied and pasted that excellent translation,... knowing you do consent...to my Ancestry Tree on Family.org. and maybe some others I have. Geneanet is useful for French names in particular but you have to find sources elsewhere I find.

  By showing some facts it makes it much more interesting for anybody who wishes to view it.

  I did enjoy learning some facts about the godmother Esther Delouche and her late Husband Louis Lauvergnat as well.

Jacques Macouin I read that he died in 1694 whilst I was searching for any more Children by them.

Community of property in Touraine - parish of ENJAMBES between the parents of the future, their daughters Anne and Ester DELOUCHE and the future spouses, each for 1/6th part. In the event of dissolution of the community, the parents will first take the sum of 350 pounds and the parsus will be shared. Dowry of the future: the sum of 160 pounds, half on the feast of Notre Dame de Mars and half on the next St-Jean-Baptiste."

I dont know if the Notiare was Louis but certainly in the family that Esther Delouche married into...
