That's right he fought in the Boer war then re insisted in WW1 .I've read a few of his letters home in the local newspaper archives .His mum died in 1901. .In one letter they sensor something he writes about his mother because her death .My 3rd great gran and grandad were his gran and grandad .Both from Ireland John McCrorey and Mary Madigan .
