Reddish South Station

I am a volunteer for the Friends of Reddish South Station campaigning for the restoration of a rail service for the local residents. This year is the 175th year since the railway line from Stockport to Stalybridge (via Reddish South and Denton was completed. Does anyone have early photographs or information about the railway station that would be useful?

If you put Reddish South Station in Google images there seems to be quite a number of relevant images popping up.

Thank you for your reply. I have seen this site and there are some good images on it. What I am after feally is if anyone has any pictures or details they would like to share. I might be best contacting local railway groups/forums.

Trouble with that flickr link is that the majority of the photos appear not to be of Reddish South station.

I actually know it quite well but can think of nothing of any consequence worth mentioning.
