FindMyPast has an address search facility for all censuses.  Use the 1841/1851 census to search that address

As you have started a list why not post it on this thread.

I had a look at tithe maps (thegenealogist.com) but discovered that the Old Park area is a blank island in the coverage. This revealed, however, that the Old Park area was Malinslee township. FindMyPast has Shropshire Baptisms. By filtering for Malinslee(Dawley Nova) I discovered a register that starts September 1840 which includes entries with abode Old Park. Here are the first few Old Park entries. Is this what you are after?

Edwin TIPPON 25/9/1840 mother Elizabeth, spinster
John Henry WATKISS 18/10/1840 Edward & Sarah, blacksmith
Thomas SADDLER 18/10/1840 Joseph & Mary, foreman/forgeman?
William BRAY 25/10/1840 Thomas & Ann, collier
William HOLMES 25/10/1840 John & Margaret, collier
John Robert THOMAS 31/10/1840 Richard & Rebecca?, millman
Edwin TIPTON 1/11/1840 Elizabeth spinster [duplicate of first entry in list?]
Cecil GUEST 1/11/1840 Samuel & Mary, forgeman
Absalom PITCHFORD 8/11/1840 Timothy & Honor, collier
Mary COOPER 8/11/1840 Joseph & Elizabeth, forgeman
Mary Ann WARRENER? 8/11/1840 Ann

Friday 02 February 1838: Shrewsbury Chronicle
Quote
An Inquest was held on the 20th ult. at Old Park Ironworks, in the parish of Dawley, before Joseph Dickin, Esq. Coroner, on view of the body of Richard Hide, who, with two others, were drawn over the pulley, on being wound up out of one of Messrs. Botfields' coal pits, at the Old Park, the previous Wednesday. Hide died the same night, one of the others had his skull fractured, and the other his thigh broken, but the two latter are likely to recover. It having been proved that there was some carelesness on the part of Benjamin Yates, the engineman, the Jury returned a Verdict of Manslaughter against him, and he has been committed to our County Gaol for trial. The Jury returned a Deodand of 15s. upon the engine.

I had never heard of a deodand before. There is a Wikipedia entry for the term. Basically an animal or object that caused a death was forfeited to the Crown. The assignment of a value suggests to me that by this time the object itself was not forfeited but rather a fine of 15s was paid. Apparently the system of deodands was abolished in 1846.

As an aside, I don't know the district, but the name "Old Park" immediately suggests a medieval hunting park, usually with a curved boundary, the exclusive domain of its owner and perhaps not tithable land.  Location in a different township probably reflects the historic ownership.  Few early parks survive, but their boundary outlines often remain in the landscape.
