Help deciphering name

Hi,

I've been doing research into family history and came across a name on a marriage certificate. It's the name of a witness and the name appears to be James something Jones. If you have a moment I would be extremely grateful if you could take a look at the name please and let me know what you think the middle name might be.

It's a real challenging one to my eyes. Thank you
