Lewis Dawson Marriage

Good Evening everyone,
I wonder if anyone has access to marriage records for a Thomas Lewis and Sarah Ann Dawson  in 1868 in Hampshire, possibly Milton. But that area of Hampshire may not be correct.
I am looking for the parents names of Thomas Lewis and the occupation. Also names of any witnesses. TIA

The 1832 marriage of Thomas LEWIS at Alverstoke was to Mary Anne HORAN

The witnesses were Mary Boyd & Joseph Gear.

No space for occupation or father at this time.

Thomas Lewis born 16th November October1836 Landport Hants, parents Thomas & Mary Ann Horan.

Thomas died 1900 Portsmouth

Now need the parents names of Thomas Lewis and Mary Ann Horan as on the marriage entry not what is on Ancestry  or My heritage etc. If anyone Can help Thats would be great,
