This looks like a possibility for Anne Tierney's death at Lowtown on 9 June 1929, son John of the same address was the informant:
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/deaths_returns/deaths_1929/04938/4342063.pdf

Four months later on 9 October in Allen RC Church, a John Tierney of Lowtown, son of Edward Tierney, married an Annie Moore of the neighbouring townland of Derrymullen, daughter of John Moore:
https://civilrecords.irishgenealogy.ie/churchrecords/images/marriage_returns/marriages_1929/09070/5281482.pdf

An image of the church record of the marriage shows both parents names for each party and confirms John's mother as Anne Connolly.

Added: On the 'Ancestry' website, there are three trees indicating 5 children born to John Tierney and Annie Moore in the 1930s/40s, 2 of whom died as babies, another died around 1988, another in 2020, the last is labelled 'Private', the tree owners are maybe worth contacting. According to the trees, this is John's death in 1946 and Annie died in 1973:

Thank you, this is great info, really appreciated.  :)

Have sent a message to the ancestry tree owner you referred to. Fingers crossed.

Patrick may be coming as news to them, hopefully the interest of one of them will be sufficiently raised to reply.
