Where is this church?
« on: Sunday 04 February 24 19:19 GMT (UK) »
Some more "housekeeping" has revealed further photos without any reference as to location.
Can anyone please help with this one which I think may be in Yorkshire.
Thanks

It's in Victoria Square.
We were up here 2 years ago to see family.

Well done! 3 minutes - could be a record  ;D ;D ;D

'Cumbria' on the shop next door set me thinking along similar lines, but it would have taken me a while to get there. Anyway, there are some more photos of it here:

Thanks. I did wonder but it is over 25 years since I was there.  rj

Yes, but it seems to be a church again now - link to Google Street View: https://www.rootschat.com/links/01sz8/

Good evening,

Interestingly, if you look at arthurk's link. Scan left and there is yet another Kirkby Stephen church. It is now the Kirkby Stephen Hostel, previously the Methodist Chapel. if you scan right you can see the tower of the parish church.
