Patrick Mcdonough 1791 in Ireland??

I really need help navigating this Ireland research. I'm looking for the siblings of this Patrick Mcdonough, hes my GGrandfathers cousins grandfather, and all of the evidence I have says one of them is my GGrandfathers parentage, and I can't prove or disprove it until I find out more.

Below is all of the info I have on him, I need help in locating his family, parents/ siblings so I can follow them to see if one who was born in Ireland at some point changed the name to Macdonald and moved to Liverpool.

Patrick Mcdonough was born in 1791 in Ireland. He married Cecilia McCommiskey on May 8, 1815, in Liverpool, Lancashire, England.

They had 11 children.

Based on Patrick's first child being named Roger, and the second Catherine, then a likely candidate is
Patrick MacDonagh, son of Roger and Catherine Moony.

A brother of Patrick and Thomas, Peter, baptized Ratoath 11/7/1797. Same parents.
Note that Patrick also had a son named Peter.

A Peter MacDonagh died or was buried in Ratoath on 3/1/1811. No age given.
