The other Thomas Henry Stevens/Stephens married Sarah Ellen Davies on 26th December 1908 at St Anne, Birkenhead.
As on the censuses, he was a Coach Painter, son of Thomas Stephens, Miner.
Both addresses were 426 Beckwith Street, Birkenhead.
Witnesses: Edward and Susannah Davies

1911 - https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:XW3G-FT8

You can see his additional family in 1921 by the method mentioned by Tickettyboo

Another way is, on Advanced Options, enter the surname Stephens, Location Birkenhead and Other Household Member as Thomas Stephens.
This lists his wife and daughters, although there is also a step-daughter and mother-in-law. Same way with Davies as the surname.

Probate: STEPHENS Thomas Henry of 57 Kingsley-street Birkenhead died 13 August 1935
Administration Chester 4 September to Sarah Ellen Stephens widow.
Effects £222 15s. 7d.

In 1939, Sarah was at the same address with daughter, Grace, and her future husband John Porteus. They married in 1941 and had two children. She is in a tree on Ancestry, but very brief.

Daughter, Hilda, married Thomas Stanley Goodier in 1939 and William Evans in 1957. One Goodier child.
Also in a tree on Ancestry, with a pictures of her, including her marriage, and her daughter. It has her father, Thomas H, but wrong birth/death dates and no further information.

Apparently Thomas Stevens owned the cottages:

CHESTER-LE-STREET POLICE COURT

A Trumpery Affair.
George Coates and John Coates were charged with threatening Thos. Stevens at Pelton on the 20th ult; and Margaret Coates was charged with assaulting Thos. Stevens at the same time and place. Mr. Fred. Harle defended, and Mr. John Turnbull appeared for the complainant.

Mr. Stevens said he owned some cottages at Humble Burn, and one of the Coates lived in one of them. He gave notice to quit, and because they refused to quit, he took ejectment proceedings. After a lengthy hearing the Bench ordered the parties to be bound over to keep the peace, and pay costs.

That explains how the Stevens family came into possession of the new building after the 3 cottage terrace was demolished!
