Looking for information on Sarah Rashley & parents, Sarah was born Jan 26 1866, parents being Alfred Rashley & Caroline ? Sarah had a brother Alfred born 1870. Any info would be helpful.

I think you are looking for the Isle of Whight.  Try the Hampshire boards.

Yep, it should be Isle of Wight board you need but here is what I can find:

There is the following, apart from the FREEBMD births of Sarah RASHLEY 1866 and Alfred RASHLEY 1870:

Death March Qtr 1874 Isle of Wight 2b 414
Caroline RASHLEY age 35

And on IGI these 2 christenings to parents Alfres RASHLEIGH & Caroline.
1. Alfred <Rashleigh>
Christening: 31 JUL 1870 Saint Michael, Ryde, Hampshire, England
 
 2. William <Rashleigh>
Christening: 26 APR 1868 Saint Michael, Ryde, Hampshire, England

And on Census 1881, (also viewable on LDS site) is what appears to be Sarah's father with a second wife, plus lots of little RASHLEY - the last 2 possibly born of Mary, and the older ones of Caroline.

The Census son Alfred appears to be a second Alfred born to the 2nd wife Mary.
The 1870 Alfred of Caroline's appears to have died young:

(suspect the same entry has been keyed twice and one of the page numbers is mistranscribed).
