Whoever the informant was, they must not have understood the regulations becaue all four births were registered as well as the deaths.

Robinson Burials:

Cissie lived for 5 minutes, Charity lived 1 day and Hope lived for 4 days and all three were buried on 6th August 1912.  Faith lived for 7 days and was buried on 9th August 1912.

So Cissie was born alive, and took at least a few breaths after birth. So she could legally be declared live.

My understanding is that many a midwife swore that a baby took 2 breaths after birth, so that the child could be buried inside the church yard with a record of the death, and not just "discarded".
