I think this might be the burial of William M Reader

Burial Date    19 Sep 1850

Address St James Places Duddeston

I think I now need to find the death for William Reader senior and his second wife Sarah.
Warwickshire, Birmingham, Worcestershire, Shropshire, Bridgnorth.

I think this is burial of William Senior  and a possible for Sarah

The identity of Alice Reader who appears in 1851
Warwickshire, Birmingham, Worcestershire, Shropshire, Bridgnorth.

I think I have found Alice after 1851 if not her birth

1871 Living at Duddeston, Aston

William Partridge    37    Head Clerk b  Exeter Devon 
Alice Partridge    25   Wife  b Fenny Straford Bucks

Marriage
Alice Reader
Marriage 2 Aug 1869  Pentonville,London
Spouse    William Henry Partridge

They appear to have three children who may have died William John 1870, Alfred Thomas 1872 and Sarah Emily 1876

And there is this death which could be Alice
