William Stickland, Steeple - No Show After 1841

In my current researching of the Mary Crumpler b.1796/Henry Stickland b.1792 line. I found William Stickland b.1825 in Steeple, christened 13 March 1825. I appear to have come across him before many years ago as I have him married to Hannah, with children Hope b.1851 and Harriet b.1861 (Harriet was born in St. Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands). William is an Ag Lab/Gardener.

Unfortunately, other than that written note, I can find nothing of William Stickland from the 1841 census onwards. I have no surname for Hannah nor marriage record. No births or birthplaces for the girls. I tried searching the Jersey website's BMD's but nothing relevant shows up. I can't remember where I even got the little information I have. I can find no census records for the family.

Would anyone have any further information about William and his family, or be able to help me find him/them.?

I have found that 19th century Jersey censuses don't give much detail for people born outside the islands, usually just say the country or "foreign parts". I had this trouble with one of my ancestors until the 1911 census came out. It required birthplace of the father, so even though the man I was seeking was deceased by that time, one of his daughters was alive and still living in Jersey

the age of the William Stickland who married Hannah House in 1852 in Hilton is a bit out to match the one bapt in Steeple and the one in Jersey.

If your William was the son of Henry, then he's not the William who married Hannah House because the father's name is different on the marriage certificate
