Lily's husband died.

Did Lily’s husband Harry die 1933 Colchester?

There are 7 Collins/Marsh births registered in Colchester between years 1919 - 1932,
last child b1932 died 1932

I am looking for Charles Redvers Chatten (b1900 d1967) second marriage to Lily Collins nee Marsh b1896.

I have been unable to find any record of a marriage between Charles and Lily.

Well I can’t see a marriage.

I can’t see any mention of a divorce either. (In papers).

I see there is a birth registered as Chatten MMN Wood in 1941 who I imagine is not Charles son.

How did Winifred describe herself at that 1944 marriage.

I'm the same I can't see any marriage between Chatten/Collins(Marsh) either  ??? perhaps they didn't marry  :-\

Re: 1941 birth - he died age 4 his death registered in 1946 Gipping - GRO index gives full name you can purchase a digital image of d/c for £2.50 from GRO

I thought this was her death. Is it not?

Deaths 1986
CHATTEN   LILY   8AU1896   CLARO   2   2279

From 5 Aug 1896 to 8 Aug 1896 is easy as 5 & 8 look very similar in many people’s handwriting.
