As Margaret Killough Marron is the only candidate at the moment, these two newspaper snippets are relevant, I think.
In 1901/1911 she is resident in Ballymacpeake Lower

6th December 1913
‘George Stewart, Ballymacpeake Lower summoned Margaret Marron, Ballymacpeake Lower for possession of a tenancy’.

3rd January 1914
This might be a pension claim but I can’t see it anywhere else.
‘Margaret Marron (6 years in ‘51)’.

There is another snippet later in 1914 re Margaret Marron, of Dreenan being summoned re tenancy by George Millar of Glenone but not sure if it is the same person.

Likely death for Margaret which you can view online for a few credits-
D/1932/182/1022/27/136   Margaret   Marron   21st October 1932   94      Female   Magherafelt

School registers, if they are available, may give an indication of which surname(s) William used when young. PRONI is the largest repository of these but the details are not online.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

Wow that's a long life for the time. I hadn't yet ventured to check out that site. Thank you for letting me know. That also puts her year of birth at 1838, which is 10 years off of her age given at time of marriage in 1876.

Unfortunately Margaret Marron who died in 1932 was the widow of a James Marron, so not the same person. Given her age at her marriage, unless that is drastically off, I believe we are looking for a Margaret born around 1848.

All is not lost.

Could you please let us have the name of the person who registered the death. Was it a family member?
Had she been ill long? There is a part of the certificate that tells about the last illness

I can't say I'm disappointed. It was worth a try and I'm sure took lots of looking by aghadowey.

I'm sorry I didn't copy the entire search and would have to repurchase it to look at it again.
