French document 1667 - need help deciphering the French text

Hello, Rootschatters,

I've now tackled the last portion of this same document and once again find I need help deciphering some words and phrases.  I've attached a screenshot and highlighted the troublesome portions in yellow.  Third line from the bottom appears to be

d'avril (hieroglyphs) soixante sept...

Are those hieroglyphs are some form of French version of Roman numerals MDC?

Thank you for your responses.  I greatly appreciate the time you take on my enquiries and with your replies I can see the words much more clearly.  I agree with most of your replies but also question two of them.  Here's my take on the four:

1. demeurant audit - may be correct but I need the ending of that sentence deciphered to be sure.  Claude de Laserre has signed the document but his occupation isn't mentioned elsewhere.

2. huissier - yes, absolutely.  I was mistaking the double 's' for a double 't'.  'Bailiff' makes perfect sense.

3. en l'an - I'm not sure.  I see "glsl" and am expecting something like 1600, to complete the year of 1667.  I may be entirely wrong.

4. notaire susdit... - yes, fits perfectly.  The Notary signed at the bottom of the document but his name was omitted anywhere else in the document.

Any insights to the remaining highlighted words?

I forgot to mention 'promettant'.  Yes, this fits with the remainder of the phrase, 'And promising and obliging & ...'

You are right about the year 1667 , after having searched a little more I found the explanation : it must be read seize cent soixante sept ( which is the same than mille six cent soixante sept in french) but seize cent is written in an abbreviation. I can't give my source now ( not on my computer), I ´ll do it to-morrow ( and try to decipher more of your highlightened words if someone else hasn't ).
And now l'm off to bed .
