A(nn)o d(omi)ni 1612

Prince Fredricke Palatine of Rhine was espoused to Ladie Elizabeth on St Johns day

knight of the [garter?] 7 of februarie maried ye [9?] of februarie ^1612^ went out of England in may 1613

The dates in 1612 are of course in 1613 by modern reckoning.

ADDED:

I see Wikipedia has the marriage on the 14th of February.  Although the numeral 9 here isn't completely clear, I can't see how it can be 14.

I agree with horselydown, and for the queries in the second line I suggest:

Knight of the garter 7 of februarie, maried the 17 of februarie ^1612^ Went out of England in may 1613

The dates are slightly at odds with Wikipedia, which suggests that the marriage was on 14 February, and that they left England in late April

Researching among others:
Bartle, Bilton, Bingley, Campbell, Craven, Emmott, Harcourt, Hirst, Kellet(t), Kennedy,
Meaburn, Mennile/Meynell, Metcalf(e), Palliser, Robinson, Rutter, Shipley, Stow, Wilkinson
