Thank you so much. I've just found the death of my grandfather's sister. She was only 19. Everyone said she had been run over by a cart....well it turns out she commited suicide by swallowing carbolic acid!

Managed to fill in some blanks and got side tracked as you do  ::)  I concentrated on my Canadian and US relatives and feel it was a productive weekend.. even managed to find quite a few photos. 

I need to keep a look out for the next free weekend / offers.

Did anyone use newspapers.com for UK papers? Did you have much luck?
Please acknowledge when a restorer works on your photos, it can take hours for them to work their magic

Please scan at 300dpi minimum to help save the restorers eyesight.

Used a subscription for years purely to help others, success has been more likely in the USA, Canada etc but on fewer occasions for the UK.  Not all counties/areas are covered at the moment.
