Now, I cannot be sure (but will continue to work on it) but this seems to be the marriage for Kathleen.

This could well be the same man.  Not good news. He would be about the same age as Kathleen.

"Elderly Woman Killed By A Van
Mrs Annie Carberry, 62, of McElhone Street, Woolloomooloo, was killed when she was struck by a panel van in Queen Street, East Sydney, yesterday."

"Driving Case Dismissed
  In the Cornoner's Court yesterday a charge against Sidney Murray, 41, driver, of Warwick Street, Stanmore, of the manslaughter of Annie Ryan Carberry, 63, pensioner, of McElhone Street, East Sydney, was dismissed.
  The woman was knocked down by a car and killed in East Sydney on  January 30.
  Dr J. Laing, Assistant Government Medical Officer, said an analysis of the woman's blood showed a considerable amount of alcohol.
  The Acting City Coroner, Mr F.A. Spence, SM, said there was no evidence that would warrant Murray being committed for trial."
