This might be the right Albert CARBERRY in Western Australia.

1980 Electoral Romll.
CARBERRY, Albert Edward, Coogee Beach Caravan Park. Coogee. Truckdriver.

There are some earlier entries for him, but I see no-one else of the surname with him.
I do not see a marriage for him in WA to 1965.
