1911 Census - handwriting deciphering of an address
« on: Sunday 18 February 24 21:05 GMT (UK) »
Hi all,
just found a relative in Newcraighall, Midlothian in the 1911 Census. I can't decipher the address info. Any guesses???? Tried looking it up on a map, but no luck. Looks like Jeucl Cott though based on other handwriting on the page it could be Jensl Cott

The name looks like Jewel.

Could it be 101 Jewel Cott (ie cottages)?

It seems to be in Edinburgh and has a fascinating history.
