Hello

Unless there is a copy of it online you would have to apply for a copy of the certificate yourself.

    page 435  vol 5c

It is in the higher end of the numbers for that quarter, I suspect that it is registry office or registrar attended

As Millipede mentioned you will probably have to purchase the certificate.  I cannot see any mention in newspapers.

Joseph James was born Dec qtr 1870 the marriage was in March qtr 1870 so quite possibly a marriage in haste

Working from these census entries

1871 https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:VFJX-XY9 in St Just in Penwith

1881 https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:Q2WM-2RRN Egremont, Cumberland

Joseph given as born St Just around 1837
so likely this baptism 20 Nov 1836, before the start of civil registration to John & Mary
https://www.cornwall-opc-database.org/search-database/more-info/?t=baptisms&id=3273228

1861 census with older brother John
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:M78R-KQH

1851 with older brothers John & Henry
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:SG25-L3G

1841 https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MQBM-8Q8
Ages are rounded down for those over 15 & no relationships given
Brother John & wife Nanny are next door

Likely burial of  father John
https://www.cornwall-opc-database.org/search-database/more-info/?t=burials&id=620173

His brother John was killed in a mine accident in 1863
https://www.opc-cornwall.org/inquests/just_penwith_inquest_botallack_mine.php

Mary Jane is noted as born Gwennap so this 1861 census entry looks likely
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:M7Z2-JRT

Birth reg Mary Jane Mills june qtr 1851 Redruth vol 9 pg 271 mmn Bennetts

I think this may be Mary Jane on the 1851 census as Jane aged 1 month
