Family of John Brougham 1813-1898, Blackmore/Blackmoor

Hi there,

John Brougham (1813-1898) was born in Blackmore or Blackmoor, co. Kildare.
He emigrated to New Zealand and settled in Nelson.
His parents were Edward Brougham (1787-1836) of Blackmore/Blackmoor, co. Kildare and Mary Knowles (1780-?) of Athy, co. Kildare.

Is Blackmore/Blackmoor, co. Kildare, now Blackmoor in co. Wicklow?
And does anyone have any information on Edward Brougham and Mary Knowles?
