Hi. I've found now that it's only on the email which was installed (I think ) on my Android Samsung tablet.
When I go to my BT email there's no problem.
However I do prefer the Samsung one.

I had a look at the Polaris Office and there's a date of 2 days ago when the problem started. I have no idea about that. It's the free version.
I don't know if it came preinstalled or if I downloaded it.

If you have not installed polaris office on your Android Tablet then you can uninstall it and then try that ? It seems that when Polaris was installed it changed the default settings somewhere.

Had you tried to open another document and it said you needed an Office suite  - Polaris was then recommended and you installed it.

Sorry if not much help.

Just checked word docs I recently created and they open immediately,  but I think that might be because they are part of Polaris.,
I really am quite useless 🙄

I doubt that, as technology is constantly changing and catches even the best out at time.

You can you try going to Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Default Apps > Browser App, and change your current default browser to see if this helps?
