Anybody else having problems, or is it just me, before I contact them?

Seems to be frozen, cannot scroll up or down or read new messages, was fine last night.

The rest of the Ancestry site is ok..very strange

Have been on a while now and it is working fine for me.

I have exactly the same problem as Cas. I use Chrome and I think it is since the latest update yesterday...

Thanks for that Cas, I will not bother trying a different browser this afternoon...
Do you mean that Ancestry actually employ human beings to answer queries that AI cannot?  ::)

No change for me... Only way to see recent messages is to shrink the window contents by Ctrl- but then the text is so small that you cannot read it...
