Hi,

I was wondering if some kind person might be able to obtain a copy of the newspaper obituary for Harry "Kenneth" Kress (b 1932) who died 21 Apr 1956. Ancestry shows there is an obituary with a photo.

Harry was a hockey player, and had suffered a heart attack during a game in late 1955. He later died on 21 Apr 1956 and was buried at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church Cemetery, Glenelg Twp, Grey, Ontario, Canada.

 The poor young lad! Saw that he was embalming ( a series of harmfull chemicals, inc. formaldehyde)...they didn't have proper ventilation available back then. The sport may have heightened his problems, but sadly they were most likely caused by his chosen profession.

He was obviously going to follow his father into the family business, Kress Funeral Home, in  Durham, Grey, Ontario, Canada.
