1881 census There were boarders who were unrelated so I didn't include them.

Alan Boyd, One son John Vine Chatterton emigrated to New Zealand in 1872 after getting married in London in 1871 after he had visited his relations & friends in Spalding, he returned to the UK in 1924 to visit and went to see his old home on May 20th with his brother, he introduced himself to the owners and was allowed to go all over it. He had 6 sons & a daughter, he died in 1926 age 79 in New Zealand.
