Charles Henry Kerr born 1867

 There seems to be a problem:

I don't understand why that's a problem, 'His' sister above refers to Charles Henry Kerr, Kathleen was his sister and a witness to his 1898 marriage. The Kerr witness at father James' marriage in 1856 was a Charles Kerr (possibly the older brother born to Morgan and Ann in 1818?).

Incidentally, Kathleen was baptised as Kathleen Drew Kerr in St. George's Church of Ireland, Belfast, many years after birth, on 12 September 1897. I know it's her because her recorded parents' details and her date of birth fit, the address given was 4 Marine Place, Holywood.

                  Yes that is a deffinate possibility, his wife was Anne, he is a widower so the Anne Kerr present could be a daughter, that i don't have,

        You are right, I was the problem, i had put Kathleen as a sister of James Kerr, once i moved her to being a sister of Charles .Kerr all was well,
    I also have a Charles kerr  b 1861 and a Charles Henry Kerr b 1867 as sons of James b 1827.
 perhaps the first Charles died as an infant?

What is the source for the 1867 birth of Charles Henry Kerr?  If no civil registration can be found, one has to consider the possibility that he and Charles b. 1861 are one and the same chap.

That Charles Henry was born 11 July 1865 but not registered until January 1866
parents Charles KERR a cabinet maker, Ballynakind and Catherine KERR formerly FITZSIMONS

What other reason do you have for thinking him born circa 1867?

I.e., what rules out the Charles Kerr baptism Gaffy quoted in #4?
