Good morning everyone

I'm having a problem with getting into my account.
When I have to sign in I keep getting this * Unknown Error*

*An unknown error occurred. Please try again.*
I have tried many times and still unable to get logged in.

Many thanks for your advice.
I never thought to.do that, does the problem come from Firefox? as that is the browser I use
I used my Apple Id and got in straight away!

Try shutting down Firefox, then open up again.
Sometimes a Firefox update can cause issues?

I think you could well be right! as I have not messed with anything on my laptop to bring  this problem about.
At 90 my brain don't work like it used to!

The same thing happenened to me but I just changed to a different website for a few moments and then tried again and logged straight in. On previous days I have been asked to tick box to prove I'm human!
