This problem happened to me yesterday.

Solution is to clear cache.
On my Windows PC, Ctrl-Shift-Del then follow instructions.

Sorry! No idea how to do this on a Mac.

When I get my act together! I will give that a try and let you know how I got on...

I just tried to sign in to Anc and got a small box come up with the words Error 57 at the top and
a disc to click on if I was a human...
