Jool - just a shame that you can't all go to The Crooked House to celebrate with a glass or two  :'(
Transcriptions and NBI are merely finding aids.  They are NOT a substitute for original record entries.

A cold rainy morning here, dull and  grey.
I have ironing to do so can “ watch “ TV as I

Aww Blackburn did not pull it off !

Son has taken his car to see why the braking lights are not working properly ,well they are but the red light kept coming on, and the speed was limited to really slow, so urgent action. I was surprised he was asked to take it,not have it transported ,seemed dangerous to me
I was also surprised it was a 2014 model, it is immaculate .
In the garage now, for inspection .
Hopefully it will be sorted.
Eldest son drove his car behind second son’s to the repair garage he phoned on Monday he was was asked to take it in today ,to Radcliffe, then drove him back here.

Cheerio. Hope all are O.K, look forward to your news.
Viktoria.

Morning folks
After a beautiful day yesterday if is not so nice today, not nice enough to get washing  out.

Tackling shortening  a pair of curtains by 10 inches   they are lined  so I decided to alter from the top, they were suppose to be dry cleaned but I washed them,   I think the heading tape has shrunken but not the curtain ,  as I am taking  the heading tape off it doesn't matter,  bought new tape yesterday, thought it was easier to alter from the top as I don't have to tackle the  lining, I hope they look OK I not I will  be heading for the nearest D****ms, other shops are avaliable.

My car is a 2009 Fusion, everyone who has dealt with any problems tell me it is a a nice car, low mileage, suits me, I didn't want to change it after  my accident,  so I am happy with it.

Enjoy your day whatever you are doing

LM
