Commonwealth War Graves Commission are appealing for blood relatives of Wren Edith Clements - Women's Royal Naval Service -  who died 10/2/1941 -  buried Wymering (St Peter and Paul) Churchyard.  Women's Royal Naval Service, H.M.S. Collingwood. Service Number 6570.
Research has shown that Wren Clements is buried here.  The Commission proposes installing a special memorial to  commemorate her as it is not possible to mark her actual grave.

Edith passed away at the Portsmouth Fever Hospital from disease.

There is an ancestry tree with an Edith May Clements married to Stanley Johns. It has the correct birth date but the death details don't match !
