Computers are great, allowing us to research from home, but not so great when they will not do what we expect them to do.

Could I suggest that you post to the technical help board.  In the past I have seen replies where the advice has been to clear all old cookies, and make a fresh start. You probably have been caught out by a site upgrade, and your old cookies are interferring.

Thanks Alan - I still had problems trying to delete my cookies. Successsfully did that last night. Am now sorted. Thanks for your response.
