Stapley accident?

I'm trying to find information about the deaths of jesse stapley born 1853 Belvedere kent and his his wife Jane.
I've been told they died after a tragic accident involving a cart 1913 kent . I have found the death indexes for both and jane didn't die in the accident. 
Jesse died m q 1913
Reg District dartford kent V 2a page 783
Jane died Dec q
Dartford kent
V 2a page 649
They lived at school Lane welling.I've looked in the newspapers and online but I'm unable to find anything about this Could just be another family rumour distorted through the years.
I have suggested buying a death certificate for jesse but it's not digitalised.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you .

I found his death certificate but only on paper . It didnt give me an option for digital.

I still can't find any information about the accident in the papers but I'll order the certificate now and see if it's a myth.

It turns out jesse died from pneumonia 😅 not a fatal accident. Its amazing how family stories get distorted through the years.

That’s an amazing stretch isn’t it.
I wonder if they had a non fatal accident earlier.
