Frederick George Higgins, Derby. 1888 - 1957
« on: Wednesday 28 February 24 10:29 GMT (UK) »
A friend of mine is a Great War researcher who is looking for more information about Frederick George Higgins, Derby. 1888 - 1957. He is researching people who fought on the Somme but he is looking for more about their home life and family. That's why I'm posting in the Derbyshire forum, in case there are any relatives out there!
We know Frederick George didn't have children himself, but he will be somebody's great-great-uncle, no doubt.
Please reply or DM me if you can help.
Thanks
Ruth

There's a Frederick G Higgins on the '39 register that fits birth year and marital status,. There's a Frederick George Higgins, birth registered Dec Qtr 1888, Derby, that fits the '39 register birth date. FindMyPast has mother's maiden name blank - but GRO has Goddard This Frederick readily found 1891, 1901, 1911 and 1921 Census with parents/siblings.

Wondering what info OP is holding to link to this Frederick?
