Help with Court of Inquiry pre ww1

I am researching my Great Grandfather who joined the South Staffordshire Regiment in 1906. His name is Walter Smith 7705. He ended up deserting the army and was tried and sent to a detention barracks before being medically discharged.

I have come across a medical report for the time he was discharged and he lost an eye due to a cartridge explosion in his left eye. The form states there was a court of inquiry held on the 11th December 1908 - Aldershot.   Would anyone be able to tell me if i could access that record of the court of inquiry and where I could find it please.
