Commonwealth War Graves Commission are appealing for blood relatives of Trumpeter Francis/FrankHoward born 1900 -  Reserve Cavalry Regiment - Redg No :- 10823 - died 24/1/1919 -Died from Cerebro  Spinal Meningitis. Buried St Marys Churchyard - Overton On Dee -

Francis/Frank Howard, was the only son of Arthur William & Annie Howard

The Commission are in the process of producing a headstone to mark his grave.
