When I forgot about the link and just googled Ingersoll Chronicle database, I found the text of the marriage record in the newspaper. Mary Jane is referred to as Jane Irwin of North Oxford Township to Samuel Teeple of East Nissouri.

When I tried to order Mary Jane’s death certificate, I cannot proceed unless I have a US driver’s license. Also, I was unable to find out if death certificates from 1912 usually included the parents names which would be my only reason for ordering the death certificate.

Ideally it should include -  the person's name, cause of death, date and time of death, and other personal information about the deceased.  The information will only be as good as the informants knowledge.    Have you tried looking at some examples ?

I do not see Mary Jane in those or in another online database.  I tried scrolling around the certificates from March 1912 in McLennan Co., but didn't find anything.

There may be no death certificate for her.

Thank you very much, Sandra and shellyesq. All indications are that Mary Jane did not have a death certificate, for whatever reason. I went on Google Earth and marked the places that are mentioned in her various censuses and marriage, etc..
and where her probable/possible siblings were, and I am thinking she could be a sibling to Robert Irvine who died 1875 in Blooming Grove, Orange County, New York, and to Eliza Johnston nee Irvine, who died in Kinloss, Ontario in 1911, and to Stephen Irvine/Irwin, who died in Ripley, Huron County, Ontario in 1907. However, there seems to be a lack of proof, unless Stephen were to have an obituary naming his siblings. Robert and Eliza were both born in Tullycreevey and they both had father James.

Stephen Irwin died Mar 7, 1907 near Ripley, Huron Co., Ontario, Canada as per his death certificate, and findagrave. I don’t know if there was an obituary.

I have Stephen’s obituary which does not mention siblings.
