on the 14th of february 1675 died nicolas de france miller residing in the village of Neslette

The next entry is his daughter's Anne 's death on the 5th of march.

Are you sure this is a death?
I would say it's a birth. Godfather & godmother are named. (but I have to admit, no mention of the word baptisé)

Le cinquiesme jour de mars mil six cent soixante quinze
fut par moy soubsignée Anne de france, fille de deffunte
Nicolas de france et Catherine le sueur; son parein Jean le
fort, sa mareine Anne Leguien.

translation:
5th of March 1675 was (...) by me undersigned priest, Anne Defrance, daughter of the late
Nicolas Defrance & Catherine Lesueur. Godparents were Jean Lefort &
Anne Leguien.
