Its Ellas daughter who married Ernest Smith.

Born Ella Gertrude Ord Chatt. My Guess is Conceived prior to Ella G Chatt Marrying John Ord in 1917, Her First Husband. She then had a son John Ord 1918.

Do you have the marriage record for Raymond (who was your original query) and Thelma and if so, does it confirm that his Dad was Alfred Henry?

Raymond aged 23 living at 90 Elliot st, Felling.

Thelma Pugh aged 18 her father George William Pugh

Super, so that 1921 census matches on father's name and the address for Raymond when he married. If you don't have a sub, your library may have access to FindMyPast on site for the full details.

Purchased the marriage record of Alfred henry Wilson and Ella Gertrude Chatt. in 1919.

Alfred's father is down as Charles Christopher Wilson Deceased Locomotive engine driver.
