There are 18 main officers in a full chapter:

Worthy Matron – presiding officer
Worthy Patron – a Master Mason who provides general supervision.

Finally found the death notice:

"KELLY, Florence Rose. - May 27, 1969, at her residence, 84 Lawson Street, Paddington, dearly beloved wife of Frederick, loved mother of Doug, fond mother-in-law of Margaret, and fond sister of Jean, Lillian, George, Colin, Jack and Frank. At rest."

WELL!  Heres something!  one FLORENCE ROSE TURNER married in 1937 a EUGENE ALLAN EATHER. 

A death of a FLORENCE ROSE EATHER in 1958 in BALMAIN has one parent as father NOAH. 

My Goodness.  Looks good!
